CAP Test 116 Parts I and II is the initial test all members must take in order to start training in the Emergency Services arena. After studying CAP Regulation 60-3 (below), you should be ready to follow the link above and take the online test.

There is also a forum where you can interact with other cadets online about a wide range of topics, including the Encampment.
