WELCOME to the Florida Leadership Academy (FLA). This academy began in the late 1990s in order to focus in the development of cadet leaderhip skills. This academy has become the premier educational program in the Florida Wing. Courses cover a wide range of leaderhip topics with instruction from senior Civil Air Patrol Officers, Military leaders and aerospace industry leaders.
