Cadet Program Leaders
Process for Requesting a TLC (Training Leaders of Cadets) in your area:
All requests must come through the respective Group Cadet Programs Officers (CPO)
1. Primary and alternate date
2. potential location of TLC
3. Desired Director* and Co-director** (if any) name, rank, CAPID
4. Tentative number of participants expected
*Director must be either the Group CPO, or hold a Master rating in Cadet Programs.
**Co-Director must be either the Group CPO, or hold at least a Senior rating in Cadet Programs.
